It is difficult to know exactly what you'll be getting by booking over the Internet. With this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is small, simple, yet clean, and the rooms were surprsingly large and comfortable. The room had a flat-screen TV and a large sectional couch. The beds were comfortable. I felt fine sleeping there, whereas in other hotels, I sometimes don't even want to touch the sheets. It is important to know that amentities in the hotel are few. There is a small swimming pool in back. There is a very small grab-n-go counter at the front desk that had a few pastries, sandwiches, and a few candy bars for purchase. There is a tiny place to order beer and wine. They do serve a continental breakfast, but it only consisted of small bagels, English muffins, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. There is a fast food restaurant and a coffee franchise directly across the street. A chain sit-down restaurant is down the street and serves dinner until midnight. Other than that, you have to drive at least 15 minutes into the city for fine dining. So, overall, we enjoyed our stay. This was one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in for the price we paid. But as I said before, it is a small hotel. There is not much to it. It does not offer much more than a place to lay your head down at night.

Amazing Rooms, Great Customer Service, And a Nice Lounge/Bar. The beds are clean and are so soft. The Lounge had a nice big sitting area and had food from kids (cookies, cakes, candy) up to things for adults (beer). The movie rentals on tv was a little high though. This hotel is close to carowinds and tons of resturants, and only 20 mins away for concord mills mall and the speedway. I will love to stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Arrowood. The staff was very professional and courteous from check-in to the day I checked-out. During my first night, there was a huge delay with my food order food order and to make up for this error, they gave me complimentary food and a beverage. The room I stayed in was very clean and spacious! I would definitely stay there again!
